What Guests Are Saying
Spring Campground at Crescent Lake offers a beautiful setting with clean facilities and friendly hosts, making it a favorite among visitors. While the proximity of tent sites can be a concern during peak times, the peaceful atmosphere during weekdays is highly praised. Although mosquitos and low lake levels are noted drawbacks, many campers appreciate the campground's charm and plan to return.

This is a quiet, peaceful campground and the camp hosts were extremely helpful and kind. The minus was the the site we had reserved had such a steep slope to the driveway that, even using many blocks to try to lift the front of our motorhome, we could not get it level So, we had to sign up manually for a different site that was available for our dates and was level, and we had to pay the camp host for it so we ended up with a double charge. The other negative is that the level of the water was so low that there were many rocks exposed on the beach. And the boat ramp, which was in very broken down, terrible condition, ended up being very long to carry our kayaks. We never paddled but just enjoyed being in camp.

Our stay was fantastic, and the camp host (Tracy) was outstanding! We had hot sunny weather each day and spent them playing on the lake with the kids. The water was a comfortable 70°F, allowing us to play all day without getting cold. The water was a little low compared to other years but there was still plenty of room for families to spread out on the lovely beaches.
I would highly recommend keeping this campground in your families rotation of summer camping!

Tracy the camp host/manager, made our experience so nice. She is so friendly and still has the strength to deal with people that know the rules, but insist on breaking them. This makes all the rule following campers very releaved so we don't have to stick our necks out with extremely rude, rule breaking people. Thank you Tracy, we will always come back if you are around.

The hosts were AMAZING!! They were so welcoming, shared all the details and updates and even provided some fun "Magical Fire" for our family with kids! It was such a memorable experience. We especially love that the campground was paved so my kids can bike the loops. The lake was low, but provides miles of beach to play on. And it has sand, rocks, mud, etc, so the plays to play with little kids are plenty! The bathrooms were so clean and smelled lovely (which is always a surprise)! THANK YOU! We will be back soon!

The water was very low this year which meant the beach was mud instead of sand. We were with friends and family so we still had a great time and the camp hosts went above and beyond to make sure the campground was in great shape. They were so friendly and welcoming!

Great spot for spending days on the lake with a large beach. Typical pine forest, so expect lots of dusty dirt.
