Wonderful campground. Site 23 is in tree area with lots of privacy. Our 24ft travel trailer with slide fit well,, and short bed truck.. Much less wind than on the lake sites. Peaceful campground in September due to lower occupancy since school has started. The camp hosts were friendly, and helpful about trails. AND CLEAN. No left over trash, beautifully kept campground.

Nicely wooded sites. Easy access to Odell Lake and numerous nearby hikes. In mid-September, easy to get away from crowds. Very nice and helpful camp host, Vi.

We love this campground. Sites are large and mostly private, with a few sites right on the lake. We have stayed there 4 times, and we enjoy the lakeside trail and fishing. The down side is the pit toilets, with no sinks or hand sanitizers, even though they are in a private building. If there were full restrooms here we would give it 5 stars.

We have been coming to Trapper Creek for at least 35 years. Almost every year. We just love it, getting a spot on the lake, parking the boat right at our camp spot, fishing in the lake, exploring the area, enjoying the views. It's our favorite spot to visit.

The camp hosts were awesome...they were friendly and walked the campground several times a day. My site #17 had a beautiful lake view. The sites were nicely shielded from each other and the campground was quiet! The nearby trails were easy to navigate and there was a trail to the nearby store. A great experience!!

Had a AWESOME time fishing was so so only 8-13 a little smoky from fires but not the campgrounds fault. The sites where all very well maintain INCLUDING the Bathrooms. The Two gal Camp Hosts did a exceptional job keeping things CLEAN and where pleasurable all the time. Stayed 2 extra day making 10 total. Would have stayed longer but ran out of Creamer, Cigs, AND NUTS, those little animals went through a 3 lbs bag of whole peanuts and 3 large containers of shelled dry-lightly salted nuts.

Please Note: One RV with tow vehicle per single site or one vehicle per single tent site. Two RV’S with tow vehicle per double site or two vehicles per double tent site. Most sites can accommodate 1 extra vehicle that is not included with the reservation fee. Extra vehicle will be charged a per night fee and collected at the campground. |

Reserved Sites will be held until check out time (NOON) the day following your arrival date. Sites must be occupied by the checkout time of that following day to hold a reservation or the site will be forfeited and released to other guests.

Refunds: Refund requests made through www.recreation.gov will be charged a $10 processing fee. This fee is retained by the reservation service contractor along with the non-refundable reservation fee. All requests for the return of the non-refundable reservation fee and the cancellation fee will be declined by the campground concessionaire as they did not receive these fees (these are the fees retained by the reservation contractor, a different entity). |
