A traditional campground, close to town yet you feel miles away. Some sites have electric, which let you balance dry camping with some modern conveniences. A beautiful park.

Clean and well kept property with great hosts. Mosquitoes were horrible and huge! Quiet too.

Sutton Campground near Florence, OR was a lovely, quiet and clean campground. All sites are quite isolated from one another, and when we were there in early May it was practically deserted. The bathroom facilities were super clean, and convenient to our site. We had electric hookup and all worked wonderfully. We took a couple of hikes through the forest and enjoyed the peace and quiet. They said there was a dump station but we couldn’t find it and didn’t find anyone to give us information on whether it was there. That was our only negative thing about our brief stay in Sutton campground.

The campground was great, but it cost about 10$ more to stay here than in the state park which has showers. I’m on a fixed income and over 20$ per night is a bit much.

This was our second time staying at Sutton. We had the same campsite both times. We had A loop all to ourselves this time, since it was early in the year. Mike, the host, came and greeted us on our first day and asked if we needed anything. After that, the only time we knew Mike was there was when we used the restrooms, which was always clean and stocked with toilet paper. We love the campground and the trails that we can hike outside of camp on.

Nice quiet campground. Bathrooms were clean. Price was a bit high, considering other nearby places have more amenities.

Very quiet and peaceful campground. Nice hiking trails through interesting coastal forest. No beach access. The campsites are nicely spaced. Some are level and some are difficult to use with an RV because they are quite a bit off level.
