Clean restrooms with flushable toilets. The biggest drawback to the campsite is the sheer abundance of poison ivy only a few feet from some campsites.

If you look up and close your ears you're in heaven. WHY have a major highway 15' from a campsite? Bring your earplugs and enjoy nature at it's best.

POSITIVES:
- Site 13 was large, and felt pretty private (could see one site next to us slightly down the hill and a few others in the distance).
- There's access to the Umpqua river across the street, and access to good hikes within a few miles - I recommend Susan Creek Falls, Fall Creek Falls, and the Calf Segment of the North Umpqua trail (as that segment hugs the hill above the riverside with really good views). You can also go down to the Tioga pedestrian bridge and walk under the bridge on the far side for great river access.
- Bathrooms have flush toilets
- Camp host offered free firewood when we were there.
- Campsite was very quiet and peaceful during our stay.
NEGATIVES:
- Quite a few mosquitos at dusk. Bring your DEET!
- Lots of poison oak, including around the edges of the campsite.

Beautiful campground that is quiet and has clean bathroom facilities. The camp host is so friendly and very helpful too. The river is right across the street, there are gorgeous waterfall hikes within walking and driving distance and the gorgeous North Umpqua Trail is nearby too. We will return here again for sure!

Can’t beat Summer steelheading on the North Umpqua. Campsite was mid fly zone and an amazing experience. I will be back.

It's a pretty rustic, basic campground. But despite it being next to a highway, it was fairly quiet and we slept well. If you love amenities to your campsite, this isn't for you.
