Access to the river has poison oak and is not well marked since the fire of 2020. Bring loppers, and machete to help or a cythe works well. Good shoes for loose soil is also good. Bring water for drinking and cooking.

The site was clean and well kept. There are a lot of burn areas all around the site, but access to the river and trails is unimpeded. Please keep this place as trash free for future campers!
