Access to the river has poison oak and is not well marked since the fire of 2020. Bring loppers, and machete to help or a cythe works well. Good shoes for loose soil is also good. Bring water for drinking and cooking.

The site was clean and well kept. There are a lot of burn areas all around the site, but access to the river and trails is unimpeded. Please keep this place as trash free for future campers!

We love the ballfield. We plan that trip every year with a big group of friends. Thank you for all your hard work making it so beautiful.
