Nice location on section 1 of North Umpqua. Camp spots well spaced. Quiet. Lots of no-shows & early departures, which was a shame for a totally reserved campground over 4th of July weekend. Only bummer was no available water

The campground was quiet and beautiful. I like that there are no lights on at night and the sites are pretty clean and well maintained. The trashes weren’t picked up during our stay of four nights and the bathrooms weren’t cleaned. The toilet paper was also not stocked, so be sure to bring your own supply!

Beautiful spot right near the river, we spent two nights here with our kids and had a good time. Draw backs include: Road noise from the Hwy, VERY SMELLY vault toilets that need to be cleaned more frequently, and rather small campsites (we struggled to even find a big enough spot to put our tent). We will probably return but will Be more selective of which campsite we reserve.

Listen to the river all day and night, soothing. Nothing like a jump into the fresh cool water of the North Umpqua. Campground is clean and friendly.

The campsite is well-maintained. Clean bathrooms, garbage facilities dispersed and provided through camp.
Lower rating is due to the fact that it's so close to the road that you can hear the cars rolling by in combination with some spots being very spacious, with good parking and plenty of room for the friends while others were really tight and when booking, there didn't appear to be any indication of which would be which. Our site said it could fit 8 people and 2 cars and I can confidently tell you there was no way.
No tent bigger than a 4 person would've fit anywhere on our particular plot unless you sat it where the car goes. You could maybe fit two small tents on the site, and I'd say fitting more than one car would've been a squeeze. The site just next to ours was even smaller so, just be mindful of that when booking! :)
