Great experience! Clean, quiet campground with easy access to the river and the highway, yet not directly off the highway. We first stayed in the group campground and loved it so much that we returned within a month! The location is also perfect for doing other activities such as hiking, rafting, swimming (in the lakes around the area), etc. We definitely recommend it!

What a lovely jewel of a campground! The sites are spacious and most have access to the N. Umpqua River. In September, the campground is quiet and those that are there seem to truly value the beauty and wildness of the place. Mike, the campground host, is a wonderful person who loves the land as if it is his own, and does his job with efficiency and care. We'll be back!

Great roomy campsite, lush, bathrooms clean, camp host was very nice, a gentleman. Neighbors quiet, respectful and…well, experienced. River and frog music at night with stars overhead, a great experience. I’m a backpacker I seldom car camp as my past experiences have been less than desirable this restored my faith. For now….ha.
