What Guests Are Saying
Bear Springs Campground offers a pleasant experience with spacious sites, especially in the D loop, which is ideal for groups and features ample amenities. While there is no potable water and some loops are poorly maintained, the overall atmosphere is quiet and enjoyable. Note that caterpillars may be present in early August, and it's wise to bring extra toilet paper.

No water. No power. Bring your own tp and washing up supplies or santitizer. The toilets need to be neutralized WAY more often, but it's a very nice secluded quiet place to be in the forest and still see stars.

This place was nice and quiet with big shade trees. It only had one vault toilet for 21 sites and it became unusable by the end of the stay.

{"text"=>"This is a beautiful place to capture fall colors. The campground essentially is empty after September so visiting at this time of the year is a wonderful private adventure. The maples interspersed with the pine trees, give a wonderful blush of color and the peaceful nature of the forest, calms the soul.", "languageCode"=>"en"}
