The campsites were spacious and spaced out enough to have some sense of privacy. The area is beautiful. It was not crowded. Plenty of hiking opportunities from the campground or within minutes by car. Anthony Lake was beautiful and great for a kayak or raft and was very swimmable in middle August. Check out the Starbottle Saloon for a beer and pizza at the ski lodge near the lake, open on weekends!

We absolutely love the Anthony Lakes camp ground. We weren't allowed to have a camp fire and it was very chilly up there, so we had to go home early this time. But it's always beautiful and we can't wait to go again.

Camp Hosts keep everything nice and clean. Only thing I think they need is a Larger sign stating the length of RV (trailer) that can make it through the campground. I saw a trailer that was over 30 ft. and it had a very hard time making the corners in the campground.
