Loved the availability of electricity! Such a lovely place to hike and recreate. Might be good to let people know that noise from the ski resort garage was heard regularly, but no other complaints.

Neighbors across the road played their music (complete with speakers that measured 1' X 3') until 11. I was not a fan. I came to GO TO THE WOODS, to nature. Not a fan of being around ppl who intrude on the quiet of nature by bringing their city cr*p with them.

Our trip was fantastic! Mud lake camp ground is small and very quiet. A positive for us was the 30 amp service available. Most sites are for smaller rigs, but we were able to park or 23 foot tow behind with no problem in a larger space (4). Water was easy to get at Anthony Lakes camp ground. For us, because it was small and quiet, a great experience. If you are looking for quiet and out of the way, it is a 10. AND the fishing was great...

Terrible access road. Very rough and needs grading . Not a big job as quite short. Very poor maintenance

We LOVE this smaller campground. The bugs were bad; however, as bad or slightly worse than the main campground.
There is NO cell service at any campground. You must get up to the top of the ski hill or drive to a higher elevation. This is quite nice to be disconnected while visiting this amazing place.
We were sad to not have the SxS shuttle service to the top of the mountain for the downhill mountain bike trail but understood.
The Starbottle Saloon is THE BEST. GREAT food, beer and cocktails. Loved the new margharita pizza. The staff is FANTABULOUS.

Sites @ & 3 are probably the nicest. The campground was quiet, clean and super peaceful. Quick walk across the street to Anthony Lakes proper and access to all the trails and activities you could want. The electric hookups are ideal for camping here. I came in mid June and temps went from mid 60's on Friday afternoon to mid 20's by Monday morning. Be able to plug my van into shore power was great. There was elk and bald eagles around too. Definitely would like to come back here again.

Very scenic location. Lots of wildlife in the area. We were there at a slow time in the season and had the campground to ourselves. In a busy time, the sites would be too close together though.
