Driftwood campground offers excellent dune access and a clean, quiet environment, making it a great spot for ATV enthusiasts and families. The camp host receives consistent praise for being friendly and helpful, enhancing the overall experience. However, there are concerns about outdated facilities, particularly with limited shower hours and plumbing issues, which some visitors hope will be addressed in the future.

Campgrounds are spacious, camp host are amazing and very friendly, showers are open but groundskeeper are not friendly and close the showers early or stand out side the shower waiting for you to get out and make you uncomfortable while exiting. Unfortunately we were not able to have camp fires but still love driftwood II.

Fire pits need to be cleaned out! Lots of nails and dangerous items in sand around the fire pit. It was also full of trash.

Awesome place to stay. Clean bathrooms and showers and close location to ride right onto the dunes.

Mike & Donnie are great hosts. Keeping the showers and restrooms clean and keeping on top of things like quiet hours! It's the riders. Need to have more presence by law enforcement on the Dunes. Reckless driving and speeding. Lot less regard for safety and respect for other riders. Do they still need to pass certification? Really dangerous with the 900 and 1000cc side by sides out on the sand. Many parents letting underage kids ride without supervision. Even in the campground, kids are riding around and campers trying to maneuver into spaces. We've seen a change as we have be camping at Driftwood for several years as we clean 7 mi of beach for SOLVE. "The Litter Lady"
