Driftwood campground offers excellent dune access and a clean, quiet environment, making it a great spot for ATV enthusiasts and families. The camp host receives consistent praise for being friendly and helpful, enhancing the overall experience. However, there are concerns about outdated facilities, particularly with limited shower hours and plumbing issues, which some visitors hope will be addressed in the future.

Very nice camping area. Quiet at night and clean. Bathrooms were clean, we didn't use the showers so do not know how they were but I'm sure they were fine

The shower times are weird / reversed from what I believe most campers would prefer.

It is always loud. Some other campers are disrespectful allowing their dogs to run around unleashed and their kids running through campsites.
Bill and John are great

Very loud all night, nobody cared for the noise curfew. The showers were terrible with one side having no water pressure and the other side having no hot water. Camp host just shrugged and said I know when I mentioned it to him. Very dissapointed

Good campground to ride out of. Decent facilities, but USFS chose to turn the showers off at 2pm. Who wants to shower halfway through a hot day of riding??
