What Guests Are Saying
Horsfall Beach is praised for its great location right next to the beach, clean facilities, and friendly camp hosts. While there are some issues with noise from day users and off-road vehicles, many visitors enjoyed the scenic environment and overall experience. The campground is well-maintained, though some campers noted issues with site assignments and the need for better management of noise and parking.

Everything about the campsite and area was great except for the excessive speeds by the Side by Side folks. They tend to take over the entire trail heading to and back from the different areas. Very very hazardous for those on motorcycles and atv's!!! Be safe and stay away from the sand freeways that the SxS's use.

Horsfall Beach is a great place to go for those with camping equipment that allows for dry camping who want to use their sand dune toys.

I would not stay here again only because there is absolutely NO TSUNAMI WARNING signage anywhere in Siuslaw... FYI it’s 16 min from first sign of earth moving from earthquake to wave impact here. Evacuate to the first HORSFALL Dune Campground or highest area dune... It’s not far but liquefaction and Broken road will make this extraction difficult. Don’t know what they’re waiting for to implement signage... A federal government who cares I suppose! Great riding and beach though...

Campsite was littered with trash & cigarette butts and had not been cleaned in some time, judging by the condition of some of the trash. Bathroom had no soap or sanitizer, bottle was there with a note that stated to please leave there, as camp host paid for it, but it was empty.
HOst did make sure that quiet hour was adhered to, which was nice.

Great camp if your ok with dry camping. Close to the ocean and a great ride to the dunes. Camp host was so kind and the bathrooms were very clean. Will stay there again.

Camp was clean. Bathrooms amidst the crazy over Covid-19, where very well maintained. My hats off to the camp hosts. She was sweet but firm. (Need to be with some jerks there) very nice lady. Only thing I would change is the huge lights. Make it very hard to see the stars at night. Cuts down on the visual fun. Other wise we loved it. Going again for a week next month.
