enjoyed the campground - nice and clean.
There need to be more trash cans! Although people are not supposed to put fish guts in the trash cans, they do - and you can smell the fish throughout the campground. (This is made worse because the trashcans cannot be closed because they are over-filled.)

Clean, spaces private, host diligent but hands off. #13 has view of river through trees and foliage that provide privacy to these large camp sites. The host did his job very well including cleaning the bathrooms dutifully and making everyone was parked the way they should, etc., but he was very unintrusive while friendly. The river is wide and swimmable but about 3 steep stair cases down. There is a little store about 1/2 mile away and
Sutherlin is 11 miles away, the ocean 50. I want to come back here for sure.

Cute little campsite tucked away in the forest. It was very well maintained, the bathrooms were super clean. The only thing was it was sandwiched between two freeways and it was pretty loud during the night. If you are a light sleeper it might not be the best campground for you. I felt as if the cars were driving right next to our tents the whole night.

Nice campground next to a beautiful river. Only negative is you have to cross the highway to get to the river.

Scenic sites very close to the river with several close fishing spots. Newly renovated pit toilets were very clean. Big downside were the log trucks and other loud vehicles on the highway just across the river. Very difficult to sleep and the river wasn't loud enough to drown out the vehicle noise. So beware if you're into quiet camping. Otherwise a great, small BLM campsite that's well maintained.

One of the best campground I’ve been to in a while. Taking a dip in the Umpqua river was the best thing this campground provides.
Remember that you will not have access to cell service, I enjoyed being off grid during my stay here.
