Right on the water! Beautiful. Some traffic noise. VERY hot midday in July when we went. (No shade trees…) Will definitely be coming back when it’s cooler.

I have been going to Lepage Park for more than 40 years. Before it had any actual sites, it was just a piece of land. Since becoming a pay-to-camp site, it has gone way downhill. The grounds are covered with weeds and burs that get stuck in your feet. There is dog poop left in sites. I have dogs and I clean up after them, but for those that don't, it would be nice if camp host or someone would check the sites. No one is watching the sites to make sure people are adhering to the rules. Regularly people are camping next to us and are invading our campsite with their belongings. This last trip we had a river site and there was a huge fifth wheel in the site in front us and a smaller trailer behind us. I have no idea why, but the fifth wheel decided to park the back of their trailer more than half way out of their site twards ours, leave us barely enough room to get our camper back on our truck. They also had 3 trucks, a boat and a motor cycle on their site. No one said anything to them the entire time and my husband didn't want to cause problems.
The site behind us also decided to park halfway out of their site leaving us barely any room behind. I know we have a small camper, but we paid the same and are entitled to the same space. The hosts, or park rangers should be watching this and taking care of it. Also, it would be nice if people had common courtesy.

We love this camping spot so much. If you are staying you need to bring all the potable water you will need for your stay. But this is a small drawback for such a beautiful setting.
