The campground was nice and spacious for 6 people and had privacy in between other sites. We weren't able to see or hear people at the other sites almost at all, which was pretty nice. There was staff there to make sure there were no problems and that the bathroom was clean, but they weren't monitoring us or checking in too much which was good. There were trails nearby for hiking and the river was very close, too. I was worried about mosquitoes but I don't think there was much, if any. Overall, I would definitely come back here again.

The site is always incredible. Well maintained, bathroom is always clean and stocked, feels like a peaceful respite in an otherwise loud world.

Stayed in site 11. It was a great site by the water. The area is beautiful. Campground was quiet and it was Labor Day weekend. We will be coming back.

When I arrived at the campsite, someone was in the spot I had reserved. They had a lot of stuff. I spoke with them and initially they were convinced it was theirs for the night but eventually did recognize that it wasn’t theirs and offer to move. It didn’t make sense because we were only there for a night. I tried to look for the camp host, and despite there being one listed on the map, there was not one present. In not sure if this is due to budget cuts or what. The vibe was kinda off though. there was one site we were thinking about using since it was empty but there was a ton of trash, dog hair and cigarette buts. Every site in the campground had so much stuff and so many people and the sites were close together and the bathrooms were extra gnarly. When I looked online it said a lot of the sites were vacant at that time. Not a great vibe.

We come here every year its a family tradition ❤️ The camp grounds always look great and bathrooms always taken care of. The only one thing that I think needs more care is the bathroom up at the swim hole.

Got there a little late so setup was a little haphazardly rushed but the trails were clear, the campsite was ready and easy to find, ample room, great amount of privacy at a few of the sites and other sites are close to a few others and look great for multi family trips.
By morning we were greeted by the most enchanting and quiet atmosphere I could have asked for on that day. The river was warm and beautiful.
I will be coming back to this campsite many times in following years.
