What Guests Are Saying
Indian Ford Campground offers easy access to Sisters and features large, clean, and quiet campsites among beautiful ponderosa pines. While some guests noted highway noise and dusty conditions, many appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and nearby hiking and biking trails. Although the bathrooms could be improved, the overall experience was positive, with many guests expressing a desire to return.

The bathroom was cleaned every day by a wonderful employee that also gave us information on trails.

Reserved 2 nights and pd the reservation fee which makes this campground not a good value. Did it anyway because I like to be sure that a spot will be waiting if I get in late. Sadly, the host did not post the reservation and someone else was in my spot when I arrived. Host resides at a different campground and there is no phone number to call. Really want my reservation fee back. Feel scammed.

Very convenient off the highway but a little bit noisy as a result. Sites are large and well spaced. Great easy single track bike trail right from the campground into Sisters was great! Camp host stopped by and was super helpful and friendly. Very dusty in July.

Camp sites Are spacious and well maintained. Bathroom were always clean and stocked. There is A LOT of dust, overturning was covered and there was no escape. We did have an incident with a random car stopping to take pics of our site while we were sleeping, but other than that it was good. Also no potable water! You must bring your own.

Very well kept up campground. Clean, quiet and loved sort of the eeriness that you get being covered by the trees. I loved it! I only used trailer facilities so can't comment on that. Wished I had more nites...

Large open sites in a Ponderosa Pine forest. Small creek on one side for exploring. Great access to biking trails into Sisters. Some road noise, however.

Close to Hwy 20, but the trees and vegetation mostly eliminate the highway noise. Great trails to explore just off the campground, Black Bute loop and a 6 mile trail to Sisters.

Great campground. Small and Quiet. There are 13 spaces, even full it is still very quiet. Right off highway so you can hear the cars but it isn’t too distracting. There is a great trail at the campground that goes into town. Town is only 6 miles away.
