This is our favorite campground. We don't fish, but take long walks on the great trails every day.

Beautiful campground with the nicest host. We had to cut our trip short due to emergency evacuation for fires in the area, but we very much enjoyed the time we had at this campground!

Most people were wearing masks or keeping distances. Metolius River was as beautiful as ever and the Wizard Falls from the bridge is great.

(CLA) Management Company at Smiling River doesn’t even pay minimum wage to camp hosts.... no wonder so many have quit this year. Bring back Hoodoo! Return to first come for at least half of sites. Employees are mostly ok, just the company sucks.
