Clean, quiet campground. Site was a nice size and right on the river. We love camping at the Metolius. Have done so many times and will be back for sure.

Absolutely divine. Campground is clean & well maintained. Camp host is helpful & friendly. Campsites are spacious & private. Proximity to nature trails and many sites are right on the river. Wonderful campground!

Site was great. Toilets across from site #14 were nasty smelling inside and out. When the wind was right (should say wrong) we smelled it really bad in our site. We almost left a night early and went home it was so bad. Absolutely horrid smelling. Other campers said the same thing.

Lovely campground. Some sites are a bit wide open, while others have a bit more privacy. A great way to visit Camp Sherman and enjoy the Metolius.

Everything about the area is wonderful.
Our only complaint is that the pit toilet maintenance was the worst it has been in memory. I've been fishing there since I was 16 years old and I'm 76 years old now. i visit usually 3-4 times a year. I heard some ladies were going to Alingham campground for the bathroom because Smiling River was so poor.
