Overall, a good campground. Of course, fishing is a main draw, along with hiking the trails that parallel the river on both sides.

Your camp host cut the lock on our bikes when I left for the night in the middle of the stay due to rain, even though I made the effort to be there for the first night and returned the next day to finish using the camp site I paid for.

Smiling River is our happy place. It was quite and very well maintained. Restrooms were checked at least twice a day and always immaculate.
