What Guests Are Saying
Kiasutha campground offers a beautiful natural setting with spacious campsites and friendly, helpful staff, making it a favorite among repeat visitors. Many families appreciate the peaceful atmosphere, access to water activities, and the well-maintained grounds, despite some concerns about noise from other campers. However, there are ongoing issues with restroom facilities and campground roads that need attention to enhance the overall experience.

Great campground but mostly geared toward RVs and trailers. The staff was super friendly and told loud people to keep it down, they also sold wood and ice. Many of the sites are not level and are not ideal for tent campers, because of the incline and also there is simply not much room to set up a large tent.
The area is gorgeous and the reservoir is a great place for boating. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked. I would 100% stay here again.

The campground host and all the workers were very friendly and helpful.Over our stay we got to witness how much they do.They do a lot and do a great job.The shower house is in need of a remodel. We are repeat campers year after year,we love it.

Overall the campground was ok. Someone needed to weedeat in the 70's lots as our lot had very high weeds that hadn't been cut for several weeks. The road was a tiny bit better getting to our lot, but the rest of the road coming in and to the boat ramp still is a cluster. There are no signs for people to exit so someone almost slammed into me when I was coming in near the booth. Proper signage, lines and arrows would be helpful so the people in the booth don't get hit as well. I'm not sure who is responsible for the boat dock bathrooms but one week they were ok and the next weekend they were disgusting and smelled and filled pretty full. Ventilation and some type of light in them would be helpful, the two tiny block windows leaves you in the dark and the one either had a very dark spider web in the back upper corner or the roof is starting to leak on a new bathroom. It's always been a pleasure to see Tianna at the booth over the years we've come up there and the manager Chuck cleaned our bathroom at our end for well over an hour one day although one of the toilets was leaking from the back and when you flushed, the water flushed out the bottom in the back. Not sure what is up with the water there but every year, I end up with tiny blisters/pimples on my skin from bacteria in the water and have to get medication from my dermatologist to clear up the tiny blisters/pimples I get on my skin. They were flushing out the water supply spickets when I was there but the blisters/pimples only got worse. We love Kiasutha and pray and ASM and the Forestry restore that campground to the Cadillac of Campgrounds it once was because it's demise is hurtful to see. Thank you.

We love this campground and camp here each year. It seems that it is being managed better this summer than in the past. It really could use some maintenance to the roads and facilities.

Beautiful campground that you can get sites close to friends or more distance from others. We really like the waterfront sites because we bring our boats. The hosts are exceptionally nice and helpful.

033 was a lovely spot - the photos don’t do it justice. We enjoyed having access to the river, and our own little slice of “beach”. Plus there was plenty of space for our large tent. Easy to access, and the bathrooms, while not amazing, were at least well stocked with toilet paper (we brought our own just in case). We enjoyed the fact that there was some separation between the sites, so it still felt pretty private even though we had “neighbors”. Definitely would love to go back again!

The Hosts and employees were friendly and courteous. The campsite was well maintained and comfortable. The campground was quiet and peaceful. Only minus I can mention is the bath house/restrooms could use some upgrades

One of our favorite camping spots! Sites are well-maintained. The only downside is the showers. You have to push a button outside of the shower stall to get hot water. After 3 minutes, the hot water shuts off, and you have to push the button again, all while you hope no one sees your nakedness. My tip: bring a friend to stand outside the shower stall to press the button for you.
