Red Bridge Campground is a beloved spot for many campers, praised for its beautiful surroundings, spacious and clean sites, and attentive hosts. Visitors enjoy the proximity to fun local activities, hiking trails, and clean facilities, making it an ideal place for a relaxed getaway. Some concerns include noise from loud music and generators, as well as issues with reservation management and accessibility to the shoreline, but overall, guests look forward to returning.

Camping was great. Electric only was sufficient for our trailer. Sites were very spaced out and private. Water, showers, and bathrooms were plentiful. Our host Carolyn was very available though plenty busy keeping the campground terrific. We enjoyed kayaking the reservoir, hiking Rim Rock trail, and mountain biking nearby Jake’s Rocks trails! Best camping experience we have ever had. Wish there were dishwashing basins, but everything else was very convenient.

The campsite was clean and very nice. The only complaint I would have is the fire pit is to high on the sides and I understand you need openings at the bottom for draw but they are two open and hot chunks fall around them. Also my wife is on the shorter side and the shower heads hit above her head .she had to take a cup and fill it and dump it over her head.

Great trip. Facilities were clean. Few neighboring sites had small dogs that liked to bark but overall it was nice getaway.

Red Bridge campground is a perfect place for camping if you like quiet no frills camping. All though there is the lake for all types of watersport activities, the campground itself only has camping. The area has plenty to offer hiking, biking, wildlife viewing are just a few of the low key activities. Tent sites close to the water, 30 amp electric as well as some full hook up sites are available. Just an all around relaxing campground.

It was a good experience overall except for the plumbing issues that resulted in the toilet, sink, and shower facility nearest my site to be inaccessible for most of the entire week. The one day it was available there was no hot water. Firewood was pricey and not available until the day before we left. All that said the camp hosts were attentive caretakers of the campground and except for the above we enjoyed ourselves. Campground was sparsely populated and quiet while we were there.

Delicious pizza and ice cream at Bob's Trading Post, about 2 miles from Red Bridge. We also enjoy visiting Bell's Meat Market in Kane, about 10 miles away.
