What Guests Are Saying
Red Bridge Campground is a beloved spot for many campers, praised for its beautiful surroundings, spacious and clean sites, and attentive hosts. Visitors enjoy the proximity to fun local activities, hiking trails, and clean facilities, making it an ideal place for a relaxed getaway. Some concerns include noise from loud music and generators, as well as issues with reservation management and accessibility to the shoreline, but overall, guests look forward to returning.

The cabin was one of the most convenient and well thought-out rental cabins I've experienced. The furnishings are comfortable and robust. The facilities are spacious and clean. There's even a conveniently-placed exterior electrical outlet next to the picnic table in the back for your rotisserie/radio/disco kit/etc.
The only suggestion for improvement would be an itemized list of the amenities on the website. We didn't realize that there's a small fridge, a hot plate, a toaster oven, etc. Also important to note would be the presence/absence of things like TP, dish soap, coffee filters, etc. We wouldn't have brought so much with, had we known all that was there already!
...would definitely book again for any glamping trip.

Our family absolutely loves Redbridge campground! I came here as a kid with my parents and now I have been bringing my own family for years!
It's best to find what sites you like and reserve them early, as this is a popular place to camp. The sites are very nice, clean and private. We love bringing our kayaks and staying down by the water. Fishing and hiking is also a must. Bobs Trading Post, just down the road, has the best food and icecream!
The campground has very nice camp hosts and is very kid friendly. We have made soo many great memories over the years - I've made several scrap books. We love camping with groups of people - we make annual trips together! It's the best!

Terrible experience! Rangers harass the campers. No more than 8 people at a site at ANY GIVEN TIME! If you want to be harassed and do not want an enjoyable camping experience Red Bridge would be your spot! We asked what if I have 8 grandkids and ourselves and they told us to leave a few at home!!! Who would do that??!! The rangers ride around all day and night just trying to find a problem. Asking to see drivers licenses etc is uncalled for! I would NEVER recommend Red Bridge campground to anyone!

Had a great trip, lots of hiking to do in the area. The washrooms were clean and well maintained during our week long visit. The location is a short drive to groceries. The only issue we had was because of construction in the area, do not follow signage as it takes you way out of the way vs a 5 minute detour taking a local road. Cell service is not reliable in the area which we in the most part prefer, as it forces the kids to engage in other activities.

My husband and I are tent campers and have stayed at Red Bridge many times over the years. We enjoy kayaking on the reservoir and find the campground usually peaceful. Unfortunately, over the years, more and more "campers" prefer to utilize large recreational house on wheels to go camping. This trip in particular, the folks in the large recreational vehicle parked in the non-electric site next to ours thought it convenient to run their gas powered generator placed outside on the ground in between our two campsites. They apparently could not live without their TV, hot showers, toilet, refrigerator and stove. The generator was run continuously during approved hours. This did not make for a pleasant camping experience for us.
