Fire rings are absurdly high. Might as well put burn barrels at campsites..you’re almost there already. Why are you taking the beauty of a campfire away from campers and forcing campers to burn an extreme amount of wood to even cook on the grill

Very spacious sites. Bath houses were clean but not heated. It was cold when we visited. Everything was clean and roadways were well kept.

This is our favorite campground. It is maintained very well.
We also enjoy taking a side trip to Kane for sausage (Bells Market) or general groceries (Save-A-Lot) or wine (Flickerwood or Wilcox Wineries).
We would be able to rate it a 5 if the fire-rings were ALL better...we need the ones with "legs" to have the legs buried. Those new tall ones (with NO legs) are awful. You can't see the fire nor even feel the heat very well. We like the ones with offset, adjustable (height) grill. Also, the water in the shower in loop A was too hot...not quite as hot as a few years ago, but still too hot.

Cabin was great. Very clean. The microwave was in bad shape. Needs replaced. Hot plate very old and took forever to cook anything.

Camp sites are great- spacious. Showers are in need of new nozzles, only 1 out of the three worked halfway decent

This was our second time camping at Red Bridge Campground, and we absolutely love it there. The campground is well-maintained, and accessing firewood, ice, and bathrooms is easy. The sites are nicely spaced out, which we appreciate. Additionally, the campground is in close proximity to the water and biking trails. Overall, it’s a very peaceful place.

General
- Cabins are NOT available until until the 1st WEEKEND after opening , coinciding when water is turned on, as weather permits.
- Camping fees must be paid by 2:00 pm - please find campground hosts to check in.
- Don't move firewood: To limit the spread of invasive tree-killing pests, firewood from outside the area is not permitted. Some states have quarantines and may confiscate your firewood. Please help protect our forests from invasive species by obtaining your firewood at or near your camping destination and burning it on-site. Visit dontmovefirewood.org for more information.
- Interagency Senior and Access passes are accepted at most sites and are valid for the pass holder and any accompanying passengers in a private vehicle. Pass holder must occupy the site. The pass only allows a discount on the campsite, not utilities. Pass can not be used for cabins.
- It is illegal to discharge weapons, firearms, or fireworks within the Recreation Area.
- Please build fires only in the fire ring or grill provided. Dead material down on the ground can be used for fires; live trees, shrubs, and plants can not be cut or damaged.
- Please place trash in provided receptacles. Do not burn trash or food in the fire ring. This invites wild animals into the campground.
- Pets must be on a leash at all times and cannot be left unattended. Pets are not allowed on the beaches. Please clean-up after your pets.
- The closest boat ramp is Kiasutha Boat Launch.
- CABINS: Pets are allowed. There is a $25 per pet, per stay fee and must be paid prior to arriving. Please call 814.363.9090. Any damage should be reported to the camp host before leaving, please.
- There is a 2 vehicle limit per site. Any additional vehicals will be charged $5.00 per day.
