Willow Bay Campground is praised for its beautiful, well-maintained sites with stunning views and a friendly atmosphere, particularly highlighted by the helpful camp host, Mark. Many guests enjoyed the clean facilities, peaceful surroundings, and abundant wildlife, making it a favorite for family camping trips. Some minor issues were noted, such as difficulties with tent setup on stone-filled grounds and lack of clear check-in instructions, but overall, visitors expressed a strong desire to return.

We have been camping here for the last 30 years both in Hemlock and the Aspen loops, have never had a bad experience until this year. The grass in the entire park was as unkept as we have ever experienced. The booth was without someone for most of the 11 days we camped. The one host apologized numerous times about the campground conditions and worked tirelessly to clean up. Very disappointed to hear the campground being in different hands and new owners cutting back on all employees. Hope to see better conditions next year as promised.

We love Willow Bay. Beautiful spot, clean facilities, friendly and helpful staff. The only thing I can say is I believe there should be a limit on generator use. Last year one large camper was constant. This year was not as bad but it is annoying.

I enjoy camping here and have camped here for many years. My only concern is I usually camp the holidays for about a week. The past few years the manager blocks off several sites for his friends on Labor Day. I believe it was 13 this year. These individuals should have to play by the same rules as the rest of us campers. I no longer go the week of Labor Day due to this and it is a big party weekend with a band.
