Visit the site somewhat often to fish, boat and just relax. I always stay in a cabin, perfect medicine to stay dry, warm and get a great nights sleep. The bathrooms/showers are clean and have ample hot water. The staff are always very courteous and helpful if you need assistance in any way. I look forward to many more visits.

The forestry and state police are all over this camp ground. Make sure you don't have more than 2 cars at your site even if it's for 10 minutes. They make you move them, not nicely, and there is hardly any overflow parking. Also be sure not to have more than 8 people at a site! Including day visitors that pay to come in and visit & other campers who walk over to visit at your site. And there is a host there who looks for any little problem and calls the forestry on you! Used to be our favorite place to camp but we are actively looking for a new campground. No one there seems to be on the same page or really know what's going on. It's a shame because we've enjoyed over 10 years at this campground.

This camp site is great. the cabin was clean and pretty. Right next to the water. We came during the week, just before Memorial Day weekend and it was VERY quiet.

we love this place. The campsite manager Barb is excellent and helpful. the campground gets quite early and is very relaxing. we were visited by a black bear who chewed into our outdoor drink cooler. we are very careful in bear country and people should know that this is a regular occurrence at this campground and prepare accordingly.
