We enjoyed our stay st the end of July. The Campground was extremely well kept and the staff was very courteous. Our 4 grandchildren had an extremely good time with all the activities. The Waterpark is fabulous and the staff doesn't overstep their authority. My only complaint was the uneven nature of our site, a lack of grassy areas for the kids to play at the campsite and the oversized rocks used for the sites. Even with sandals the rocks hurt your feet and are hard to walk on. Overall our experience was very good and we'll return.

We had an amazing stay at Jellystone Kozy Rest! The highlight of our trip was definitely the activities team. Kole, Braydon and Jocelyn were absolutely fantastic and made our vacation so memorable.

We accidentally missed the tie-dye session, but they went above and beyond to set up a mini session just for us. That level of kindness and customer service meant so much to our family. Braydon also made the Jelly Blasters activity incredibly fun and engaging—we all had a blast!

The activities crew truly went the extra mile to make sure everyone had a great time. Thank you, Kole, Jocelyn and Braydon, for making our vacation so special. We can’t wait to come back!

We stayed here one night in our rv with our grandson, and he had a blast. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the grounds were well maintained, and there were so many activities for him to do. Unfortunately, we were only here for one night and were short on time, but we would definitely come back for a longer stay.

May 31-June 4, summertime. Pool was closed, waterpark was closed, laser tag and hay ride were unavailable, restaurant was closed, and jump pad was under construction. Kids were extremely let down with their vacation.
Paid for a stay that included absolutely nothing.

Check their hours of operation and make sure you choose the correct “season”. (Don’t assume that summer means anything is open.)They do not make this clear at any point and the website makes no indication of what is or isn’t open when you make the reservation unless you specifically search for this information.

Save your money and go to the Mill Run Park.

Paid for a stay that included absolutely nothing.
The only positive experience was a friendly staff.

***In response to the owners reply, these phone calls were the afternoon we arrived. After planning work schedules, dog sitter, etc around this trip…..it’s not reasonably feasible to expect someone to rebook a trip hours before it begins due to poor communication by the Yogi Bear booking process.

Additionally, while a cart upgrade and allowing two guests to have a free night is appreciated, it does not change the fact that the vacation was nowhere near what we were led to expect it would be when we booked nearly 6 months prior. As I said in my review, the staff was very friendly. They did what they could to accommodate. The issue is with the booking process and management not communicating this to patrons at the time of scheduling.

This past week was our first visit to Jellystone Park and we had an incredible time! Caelynn made our stay extra special by bringing Yogi Bear to meet my daughter at our cabin. Josh was so friendly, personable, and even gave us a free pizza to compensate for the waterpark opening late Friday. Patience was so sweet as well and gave us great hospitality throughout our stay. Thank you to the whole team at Jellystone Harrisville for making Reign's 5th birthday celebration one to remember. Great amenities and even better memories to carry with us!
