We enjoyed early mornings kayaking on the canal/Duck pond and fishing with friends in their boat. It is entertaining to watch boaters launch.

Great lakefront lot! Quiet and not at all crowded. Plenty of room between sites.

My family has always tented on duck loop area ( for 40+ years). I was very disappointed this trip. Saying with the state of the shower rooms. There was no heat adjustment in the showers and it was set to scalding. The benches were rotted. The building clearly hasn't seen attention in a very long time. The other reason for my disappointment was the fact that since there is no electricity at these sites, the campers around us took to using gasoline generators to power their rvs. So much for the quiet of camping or listening to the lake. I don't think we will be returning. Such a shame.

Easy process to pay and easy to enter. Site was really nice. The campground was clean. We enjoyed our walks. The only improvement I would recommend is to get water to the sites. It is hard to fill the trailer tank from the pump.
