Do not waste your money. Completely over grown unless you use a machete to clear a spot. Paper wasp nest everywhere and they are aggressive. Very disappointed. My son wanted a fishing theme for his tenth birthday party, instead he got a pavilion that was dirty and vandalized, along with bees chasing his friends. No water hook up or electricity. Maintenance and upkeep are essential when you expect people to pay, free isn't good enough for this place
