Love this place and have been coming for years. I just wish they had a few more shower stalls and they were a little more updated. No cell signal but that's fine. I take the drive to the bathhouse instead of the vault toilets. They are clean but maybe need emptied or something. The nature and dark skies here are wonderful. Will be back soon.

Very nice little campground. Beautiful fishing area. The only downside I would say the people on the main road and how fast they drive through there. There are a lot of kids and riding bikes, walking across the road.

Great campground. sites are nice and cozy. Very dog-friendly. the hiking trails are not very well-maintained but the views and scenery around them are gorgeous. the toilets are super creepy but if you walk over to the bathhouse you'll have a much better experience. the mill stream area is really lovely and the group camp spaces are equally nice.

I live here and this is a great spot to get away!!! Clean, very beautiful area in the ANF . Forest Service staff was very nice and taking care of the park.

This is a great place to camp sites are large and overall the place is very clean. The weekend we were there fishing was really great. Everyone was catching fish, including the kids. I would highly recommend this campground.

The lovely couple taking care of the things were extremely nice and helpful. The camp ground and my tent site were very clean and maintained. The bathrooms were exceptionally clean and warm during my late fall visit. Would recommend and return.

From the west, take I-80 east to Clarion, Pennsylvania. Turn left onto State Route
66 and continue northeast to Marienville. Turn right on South Forest Street and go south 6 miles to the Loleta Campground entrance sign.
From the north, take State Route 66 to Marienville, turn left on South Forest Street and go 6 miles south to the Loleta Campground entrance sign.
From the east, take I-80 west to the PA-36 exit towards Sigel/Brookville. Turn right onto PA-36 and take it to PA-949. Turn right on PA-949 to Bridge Road and cross the Clarion National Wild & Scenic River. Turn left onto River Road then right onto Gregg Hill Road. At the end of Gregg Hill Road, take a slight left onto Loleta Road/SR3002 and follow it to the campground entrance sign.
Loleta Recreation is accessible via I-80, with the closest interchange located in Clarion, PA. State Route 66 also serves as a major road leading to Marienville, from which South Forest Street provides access to the campground.
