  • Park vehicles only in designated areas; no parking on empty campsites or roadways.
  • The speed limit within the campground is 5 MPH.
  • You must be 16 or older with a valid driver's license to drive a golf cart without supervision; violations will result in removal from the campground.
  • Golf carts cannot drive on route 456; only cross at designated areas.
  • Electric bikes and scooters must follow the 5 MPH speed limit.

Safety & rules

  • Golf cart trails are closed at night.
  • Parents or guardians must supervise their children at all times.
  • Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
  • Loud music or excessive noise is prohibited at all times, including on golf carts.
  • Maintain cleanliness and behave appropriately in the campground.
  • Harassment or offensive behavior will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
  • Guests are liable for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their children, or pets.
  • Guests assume all risks related to camping and indemnify the property against claims.
  • The property is not liable for lost or stolen items or personal injury.
  • Guests must secure their belongings; the park is not liable for theft or damage.
