Policies & Rules
Accessibility
- Campers will receive a key for the gate.
- Ensure the gate is locked and interlocked when leaving last.
Fees & deposits
- Campers must keep track of their keys and will incur a fee for lost keys.
Safety & rules
- The speed limit within the campground is 5 MPH.
- Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM each day.
- Children must return to the campsite with their parents by 10 PM.
- Parents must supervise their children at all times.
- Children under 12 must wear helmets when riding bicycles.
- Children must return bicycles and ride toys to the campsite before dark.
- Drug use and selling is strictly prohibited and will result in removal.
- Firearms and fireworks are not allowed in the campground.
- All guns, including airsoft and paintball guns, are prohibited in the campground.
- All projectile-throwing objects are prohibited in the campground.
- Disruptions may result in immediate eviction from the campground.
- Campground management is not liable for theft, damage, or injuries.
- The campground is privately owned and not liable for accidents or lost property.
- Violating campground rules may result in eviction without a refund.
General

Noise

Fires & fuel
- Campfires must be kept within designated fire rings.
- Do not leave campfires unattended and extinguish them afterwards.
- Only firewood and approved starters may be burned in campfires.
- Firewood is available for sale; cutting trees or branches is prohibited.
- Chainsaws are not allowed in the campground.
- Burning pressure treated wood and importing wood from other states is prohibited by state law.
Vehicles & parking
- Bicycles and ride toys should not be parked on roadways.
- ATV/UTV usage is allowed with a signed waiver and valid driver's license.
Pets
- Pets are allowed on the campground.
- Dogs must be leashed at all times.
- Pet owners must clean up after their pets.
- Pets must not be left unattended and owners must maintain their pets' behavior.
Local regulations
- The legal drinking age in Pennsylvania is 21 and will be enforced.
Cancellation policy
- Seasonal agreements will be voided without refunds for disruptive behavior.
- Notify management if you choose not to renew your seasonal site.
- All personal belongings must be removed by March 15, 2024.
Wildlife & food storage
- Dispose of trash in the dumpster and do not leave food outside overnight.
Utilities
- RV washing is allowed unless there is a water shortage.
Site capacity
- RVs must be in good condition and campsites must be well-maintained.
- Maintain clear views for neighbors and park vehicles orderly.
