We had an amazing weekend here at Twin Grove with family.

The deluxe cottage where my other family members stayed was very comfortable and cozy.

The campsite we had was also very nice and level.

The children enjoyed the swimming pools and activities.

The staff was also very friendly.

Overall we had a great time with our family.
Staff was friendly and super helpful.
Bathhouses were clean at all hours of the day (even late at night they were much cleaner than I expected).
Campsites were clean. RV sites were of average size, in my opinion. They were slightly narrower than other places we've camped. Also no shade on the East campsites so make sure you have a tent or awning.
The playground on the Eastside of the campground had a lot of broken components, however there were other playgrounds throughout the campground that my kid got to enjoy.
Pool was nice and clean. My son love swimming!
Dog park was HUGE and had some agility equipment the dogs could play on.
Saturday was when most of the camp activities took place. My son enjoyed these activities too. We went to a craft fair and did some rides (bounce house, carousel, train, and mini ferris wheel).
Ice cream shop is worth a visit! A lot of options, great taste, and fair prices. Portions were much larger than I anticipated for the price.

We had a great time at this campground! The sites were well kept, the atmosphere was relaxing, and there was a lot to do with our child. Even with some rain during our stay, we still had an amazing time and enjoyed everything the campground had to offer. We especially appreciated all the indoor activities and amenities available during the rainy weather.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and kept us informed about the activities happening throughout our stay. We’ll definitely be back!

Absolutely unacceptable experience with Twin Grove Campground.
We canceled a July reservation in APRIL—months in advance—and were still charged for a full one-night stay. There is no reasonable justification for this. At that point, they have more than enough time to rebook the site, so this “policy” comes across as nothing more than a cash grab.
What makes this worse is that we—and many of our Jeep friends—have been staying here for over 6+ years. This is apparently how they choose to treat loyal, long-time customers. Great way to say thank you.
To make matters worse, the manager, Cathy, was completely unwilling to work with us or show any flexibility. There was no attempt at understanding, no effort to resolve the situation—just a rigid, take-it-or-leave-it response. That level of customer service is incredibly disappointing.
This experience made it very clear that customer loyalty means nothing here. We will never give this place our business again, and neither will the group of people we’ve brought with us over the years.
If you’re considering booking, be very careful—because even if you cancel months in advance, you may still be charged and met with zero willingness to resolve it.

WOW. I booked a room with a friend of mine and I don’t even know where to begin, but it needs to be said: dealing with the new ownership at Twin Grove Campground has been nothing short of a complete and total disappointment.

What used to be an enjoyable, welcoming place has turned into an absolute nightmare to deal with. The way your team handles customers now is cold, rigid, and frankly, disrespectful.
There is zero flexibility, zero appreciation for guests, and absolutely no willingness to work with people—even in completely reasonable situations. Instead of showing even the slightest bit of customer care, we were met with an attitude that made it very clear that customer satisfaction is no longer a priority.

The interaction with management, specifically Cathy, was especially frustrating. There was no attempt to understand, no effort to resolve, and no basic level of professionalism that one would expect. It felt dismissive, transactional, and completely out of touch with what customer service should look like.
It’s honestly shocking how quickly things have gone downhill under new ownership. You’ve managed to take a place people genuinely enjoyed and turn it into somewhere guests will actively avoid.

And the reality is, there are PLENTY of other, better-run campgrounds where people can spend their hard-earned money—places that actually value their customers and know how to treat them.

Congratulations on driving away your customer base!! That’s not easy to do, but you’ve clearly managed it.
