Although we enjoyed our stay in the area this campground and recreation area lacks general maintenance and upkeep. Th hosts were very friendly and helpful; as was the office when we wanted to change sites. This small campground and recreation area has potential. Also note that the water is not potable at this time.

We had someone splitting wood around 11 o clock at night. Quiet time was not reinforced.

Our first time camping here. Very nicer, clean campground. Not many electric and water sites for campers but nice.

I have been coming here for many years. The camp grounds are unique in that they actually have a patch of trees between most sites, including some with electric. I love that privacy. The Loyalhanna Lake is huge. It's open horse power. There's hiking biking, and canoeing all close by, and the fishing is really good. Sad thing is this campground closes so early in the season!!
