Always enjoy our stay at this campground, our only complaint is that we wish there was better swimming options.

Nice large site, pretty level. Needed a few boards under front tires. Quiet weekdays. Nice guy comes around with firewood in pickup truck. Full hookups at all sites, I think. Would return.

Absolutely without a doubt the best campground we’ve stayed. The people were great and so much to do. Very well maintained and clean lots of space between each campsite. Definitely will be making this spot a stop every year.

Nice wooded campground near the river. It is located well north of I-80 so there were ample open sites. Mostly locals vacation here. Some sites are very close to neighboring sites, like 5 ft spacing. A great family campground.

- Reservations are required before camping.
- Changes to campsite reservations must be made by calling Recreation.gov.

- Contact the Tionesta Recreation Area for inquiries.
Vehicles & parking
- Parking on the grass is not allowed.
- A maximum of two vehicles are allowed per campsite.
Safety & rules
- Alcoholic beverages are not allowed on site.
- Children under 13 must wear a personal flotation device on boats, and all boaters on smaller vessels must wear one too.
Site capacity
- Campsites allow either 1 wheeled camper and 1 tent, or 2 tents.
- Camping longer than 14 days at a water resource project requires written permission.
Accessibility
- Sites 69 and 71 are designated for accessible camping with required passes.
Fires & fuel
- Do not move firewood; buy it locally and burn it on site.
