What Guests Are Saying
Bussey Point Campground offers a beautiful, relaxing location with clean, mostly level campsites and nice views, making it a popular choice for annual visitors. While some amenities are primitive, such as limited bathrooms and the absence of running water, many campers appreciate the peaceful atmosphere and helpful staff. However, noise from neighbors can be an issue, and improvements are needed for some facilities.

Beautiful!
It was so peaceful...until some guys with a huge, barge looking boat, started flying around the lake, with HUGE orange lights and the loudest engine ever. This was after 10 pm and went on for hours. Who patrols Strom Thurmond Lake? Left for Clay Hill and quiet!
