Most sites have a huge shade tree which is nice and water spigots. I mention this because the website does not say water is provided. The parking pads are blacktop with dirt around them, hopefully the upcoming renovation will even them out a little bit. I bring my boat to the park so in water dockage would be nice but an enforced no wake zone would have to be set up of course. A boat rinse facility would be great also. All in all this is a great place to camp and recreate. Look forward to seeing what the renovation brings.

Nice spacious, level spots. Very helpful, friendly camp hosts. I had 3 reservations- the first I had to leave a day early due to engine trouble. The 2nd/3rd I had to switch to 2 different sites to be able to stay 6 consecutive days. I wish you didn't have to pay the extra reservation fee to extend your stay.

We were so happy to meet the new hosts. The fire-pits were clean, campsites has no litter and the trees that scraped the tops of the campers had been trimmed back. Restroom doors were fixed for privacy and warmth in the cold weather snap.

Bath house showers where un usable, signs on doors, dont close or everyone is locked out. This was on both buildings.
Trails closed down with no notice, generator running all night long. Was one of our worst stays at a campground, weather didnt help.

Beware of electric hookup (50 amp may only have power on one leg) Fire pits rusted away and full of ash and trash. Camp ground is poorly maintained. Do not recommend for children, there is a lot of non camping drive through traffic.
