This is such a nice, small, tranquil campground with spacious sites. We enjoyed walking the trails and watching the boats on the intracoastal. Hope to come back again!

Lovely campsite with convenient facilities. Restroom facilities could use updating or maintenance.

Basic campsites with a nice view, the facilities were outdated and not very clean.

Excellent CG for exploring the SC coast…just a little bit far away if you’re planning on hanging out in the Charleston area for several days, though.
I was able to paddle my kayak with a pair of bull nose dolphins while we were here…one of the top highlights of our trip to SC!!

Stayed 2 nights in March. Very nice campground, Sites have good distance between them but few trees. Bathrooms dated but serviceable. No see-ums were tough at sunset! Would definitely stay there again.

The is the 2nd time that my husband and I camped at Buck Hall. We love the location with the waterway and great trails. The bathroom needs some attention - the host was there rarely during the 4 nights we stayed. We understand that the park is going to be renovated soon but we hope the campsites are not going to be too close together and hope so many trees are not taken down that it loses it’s natural charm.
