Seamless set up. Great view of the intercostal water way.
The lots are a nice size, giving each camp site ample room and the perfect amount of privacy.

I enjoyed my stay at Buck Hall. The grounds were very well maintained, and there were shade trees around the campground. The facilities were adequate, although I wish they might pressure wash the inside of the men's bathroom/ restrooms. It was a little stained and did not appear to be very clean. Showers worked though. I will return for another visit to the low country.

Very clean, well mowed and beautiful views of the water! So quiet too! We had site #10 with 30A & water. Dump station is maybe 200ft from our site.

We have stayed here multiple times in our RV and in our tent. We love coming to Buck Hall for many reasons; the water and marsh view, watching the dolphins and hiking the trails

Lots of shade. Nice to walk along the water. A bit difficult to back into the spot with a large trailer off of the narrow road.

Quiet, beautiful, and affordable not far from Charleston. We stayed in site 10 and it was amazing. The campground has large almost level sites. As with most state parks there isn't a lot of lighting so bring a flashlight. The bathrooms were clean but old. If you are looking for a place to relax without all the fuss, this is it!

Nice quiet campground. Plenty of room.
Nice view of the river.
I would give it 5 stars except check-in was sketchy. No real way to check in. The camp host was "off duty" and our name was not on the campsite. It all worked out, but it could have been done a lot better.
