The trees in the site need trimmed badly. You can’t get your camper in without running through them and them sitting on top once setup.

Great place to take a boat but the campsite boat ramp needs serviced at the top of the ramp. It has a large hump and some trailers scrape. Plus the boat parking is very small and does not accommodate a boat over larger than 22’ very well. The Willow Gove Marina is close enough to walk and they serve food and have a general store which makes it nice.

Overall this is a great camp ground. It is very well kept and clean with a very friendly staff. It is not the easiest to get to as the road is narrow and with several s curves along the way. The site we had backed up to the main road so it was a little noisy at times with people headed to the marina and into the campground. They do not have wi-fi yet but thought it would be coming. The mobile service was spotty at best with both Verizon and AT&T. The property was well maintained as were the restrooms but I thought the restrooms need to be updated. The staff was great and very helpful.

Hated the walnut trees over my 5th wheel. The noise dropping on my unit and the stains on my unit and new canopy were u able to be removed Would not want site 1 again.

From Byrdstown, Tennessee, take Highway 111 south for about 13 miles. Turn north on 294/Willow Grove Road (at Big Springs Market) and continue for about 16 miles, then turn right into the camp entrance, just before Willow Grove Marina.
It is recommended that visitors do not rely soley on GPS or Mapquest to reach the park.
