this is a small, beautiful, mellow campground in a very scenic area. i have a 32’ fifth wheel that was a bit tricky to back into site #15 because there isn’t much room to maneuver my tow vehicle. all was not lost however, as the campground host offered to switch me to a site that was easier to enter. puppy liked going across the street to the closed group campground. Drove up scenic hwy 30 the next day to a great Amish farmer’s market in Benton called Delano. very scenic drive on US 64 heading out .
this campground has a few pull-throughs ( unavailable at my booking) and a few spots for big rigs, but you probably will want to be a bit choosy with anything over 30’

The volunteer host (Paul) was the best & most attentive we've met so far. The campground and bathrooms were clean. Gorgeous setting.

What a great campground! Easy to get into and was quiet late at night. Easy access to boat ramp from there.

Awesome weekend. Did not stay on the lake too long with the kayaks because it was a bit windy. Beautiful area though, plenty of trails and fishing to be had.

Awesome Campground! Love the quiet place and lots of trees. Only down side is no good phone service.

Small camp ground, lots of shade, electric only, dump station on exit, bath house dated, but clean and functional, host very helpful.
