Very clean campground, easy access to restrooms/showers/playgrounds. Hookups were in good condition and simple to use, we had a great time!!

This is our favorite local park for a quick getaway. The park is very laid back with lots of trees and sites all along the lake shore. There are several well located bath houses which are clean but rustic as the park is older. There are lots of sites to choose from but full hookup sewer lots are limited so reservations need to be made well in advance as soon as the window opens up - especially if you want a lake side or lake view lot. There is a playground and a lake swimming area as well as a boat launch but that is all of the "activity" opportunities. We go for relaxation and walking or bike riding as there are a good amount of paved roads with lots of shade. A good park to go to for a time-out from busy lives.

It's a beautiful campground! Our site was clean. We stayed on site #55, right on the lake. Great time with family and friends! Highly recommend this campground.

Excellent campground with excellent staff. Many good sites and the WiFi is great considering the lack of OTA TV and cell coverage. Highly suggest that some plan be made to change the entrance. With a large coach the entrance and exit is difficult because the lane is narrow and the turns are too close to those areas.

Vehicles went by a little too fast most of the time! Would have liked a pathway to beach area and playgrounds without feeling like cutting through other sites. Boats going by the beach area way too fast.
Other than those things my family enjoyed the stay.

Love this entire Campground!!! Its always so well kept. If you have children, you should take them over to the Defeated Creek Marina. They have an ice cream bar and they sell baggies of fish food - and there is a spot where they can feed fish... BIG FISH - kids will love it.
