Policies & Rules

Guests

  • General Rules:All campers/guests must register at office.
  • Campers/guests are responsible for any damage that is caused by anyone in the camping party.
  • Visitors/guests are welcome at campsites between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
  • Visitors/guests are required to leave by 10:00 PM.
  • All visitors of campers must park in designated areas assigned by Owner/Management.
  • Pebble Mountain reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, and reserves the right to require any camper/guest to leave based on not following the campground rules or inappropriate behavior that the Owner/Management finds disturbing to other campers/guests.
  • Harassment or mistreatment of Owner/Management, other campers/guests will not be tolerated.
  • Owner/Management reserves the right to terminate stay of any camper/guest who does not comply with the rules.
  • Owner/Management reserves the right to refuse entry and service to any camper/guest.
  • Inconsiderate or obnoxious campers/guests will be evicted from campground.
  • Profanity or violence towards other campers/guests and Owner/Management will result in immediate eviction from campground.

Check-in

  • Pebble Mountain does not allow the delivery of mail or packages to any camper/guest. Mail and packages that arrive will be returned to sender. Campers need to have mail and packages sent to a PO Box or another location of campers choice.

General

  • If need package or mail delivered please ask Owner/Management for approval.
  • All motor homes, tag-a-longs, and fifth wheels must be in good working order.
  • Tent camping is permitted only in designated tent sites or an RV site that has been designated for use of a tent.
  • Tents are limited to a maximum of one (1) per site.
  • Do not leave food outside of camper, and do not leave food outside overnight.
  • Clotheslines are not permitted.
  • Do not hang clothes from trees or campers.
  • Tarps are prohibited. The only exception will only be if camper roof needs to be fixed or repaired, and it will be a couple of days before it can be repaired by an RV Mobile Mechanic.
  • Bicycles are allowed on roads only.
  • Do not skid bicycle tires on the gravel road.
  • No riding bicycles after dark.
  • Do not empty water, grey water, etc. on ground.
  • RV Mobile Mechanics are allowed to come repair camper. Let Owner/Management know in advance that Mobile Mechanic is coming.
  • No use of power tools or compressors without permission from Owner/Management.
  • No use of power tools and/or compressors after 4:00 PM.
  • All sites are to be kept neat and clean for the duration of stay.
  • Motorcycles must be in idle when traveling through campground.
  • TV, radio, and stereo sound should only be heard in camper and at campsite.
  • Laundry facilities are provided. Do not leave laundry unattended. Pebble Mountain is not responsible for any loss of items.
  • Owner/Management reserves the right to modify these rules as circumstances dictate.
  • Failure to comply with these rules are grounds for termination of stay.
  • Use playground equipment at own risk.
  • Children must be supervised in all areas of the campground and in all the buildings.
  • Obnoxious behavior of any kind is prohibited.
  • Please notify Owner/Management of any issues with campsite, pavilion, laundry room, or bathrooms.
  • Owner/Management is not responsible for any valuable items being lost or stolen. Please keep all valuable items locked up.
  • Please be considerate and courteous of your neighbors and other campers around you.
  • PEBBLE MOUNTAIN CAMPGROUND IS PRIVATELY OWNED AND OPERATED. YOUR STAY WITH US IS CONTINGENT ON FOLLOWING ALL RULES AND POLICIES SET FORTH. NOT FOLLOWING RULES OR POLICIES WILL RESULT IN THE TERMINATION OF YOUR STAY.

Smoking

  • There is no smoking in the buildings which include the gazebo and restrooms.

Safety

  • Trash must be placed in garbage bags and taken to dumpster immediately.
  • Do not place trash outside of camper, and do not leave trash outside overnight.
  • Please do not leave any trash/food outside of dumpster, this will help keep down the wildlife from getting into the dumpster.
  • Do NOT throw cigarette butts or trash on ground. Throw butts and trash in approved containers or in an ashtray.
  • Do not burn household trash or plastic in fire pit or fire ring.
  • Fires are permitted in fire pits and fire rings only.
  • Fireworks of ANY kind are PROHIBITED.
  • The use of illegal drugs is PROHIBITED.
  • Alcohol is permitted at campsite only. No open containers are allowed outside of the campsite. Do not leave alcohol unattended for any reason. Wherever you go, your drink goes with you.
  • Firearms are permitted, but the use of firearms is prohibited within the campground.
  • The use of paintball guns, sling shots, or air guns are prohibited within the campground.
  • Security Rules: Owner/Management is not responsible for injuries or damage, loss or theft of any personal property.

Deposit

  • If find cigarette butts or trash in campsite after camper has left a $10 housekeeping fee will be charged to camper that vacated site.
  • NO REFUNDS will be given for any unused time.
  • Campers/guests violating rules that result in eviction will not receive any refunds for stay.

Parking

  • Maintenance on camper or vehicle (s) on campground property is prohibited.
  • No mechanical repairs, changing of oil or lubing on any vehicle or camper is prohibited on campground property.
  • Washing camper and/or vehicle (s) is allowed at site. You are only allowed to use one bucket of water and a sponge.
  • Only one (1) camper and a maximum of two (2) other vehicle (s) allowed per site.
  • Vehicle(s) parked in an unpaid site will need to pay for the extra site that vehicle (s) is parked in, or vehicle(s) will be towed at owner’s expense.
  • Vehicle (s) can not block any part of the road.

Noise

  • Safety Rules: Speed Limit is 7 miles an hour at all times.
  • Quiet Time Rules: Quiet Time is form 10:00 PM until 8:00 AM.
  • Loud music or fighting/arguing is not allowed at any time.

Pets

  • Pet Rules: Pets must be kept on a leash at all times when outside of camper.
  • Pets may not be left outside unattended.
  • Campers/guests are responsible for cleaning up after pet.
  • Pets are prohibited in all campground buildings.
  • Pebble Mountain will hold pet owner responsible for any injury or damage caused by pet.
  • Pebble Mountain is not responsible for any injury or damage caused by a camper/guest pet.
  • Service Dogs may accompany disabled owner into all areas and buildings of the campground.
  • Excessive barking dogs will not be tolerated.
  • If dog becomes aggressive or displays aggressive behavior camper/guest will be asked to leave immediately.

Check-out

  • Owner/Management may arrange a late check- out if available. Please plan prompt departure, to ensure availability of site to incoming campers.
