Salt Lick Creek campground offers a peaceful and beautiful setting with spacious, well-maintained sites and friendly staff, making it a favorite for many campers. The clean facilities, abundant wildlife, and serene waterfront views enhance the overall experience, perfect for those looking to disconnect. While some reviewers noted issues with shower house cleanliness and limited cell service, the positive aspects, including safety and tranquility, consistently shine through.

The overall experience was a great one at the park. We were happy to actually see someone at the office. The only thing we would like to suggest is that a host or ranger visit through the park on a regular basis. There were some folks that did not obey the leash rule for their dog. They even allowed the dog to chase ducks in the lake.

While there isn’t any cell phone service at the site we were at it was a wonderful break from the world. The campsites were clean and well maintained grounds around the park. The employees were so friendly. Looking forward to our next visit there.

The view at our campsite was beautiful as always! We even got a couple of visits from a family of geese! Only issue has ever been WiFi. Still so beautiful though.
