First time camper at Salt Lick. Very happy with our experience. Excellent resources. No issues with facilities. Lake and beach area were well maintained. Can’t wait to go face!

Salt Lick Creek campground offers a peaceful and beautiful setting with spacious, well-maintained sites and friendly staff, making it a favorite for many campers. The clean facilities, abundant wildlife, and serene waterfront views enhance the overall experience, perfect for those looking to disconnect. While some reviewers noted issues with shower house cleanliness and limited cell service, the positive aspects, including safety and tranquility, consistently shine through.

Loved it. Will definitely be back. Even with the storms coming through.

There is no phone service and can only get Wi-Fi at the park entrance. It is a nice park but the park must be upgraded! In the case of an emergency it would be practically impossible to get emergency help on the way in time to save a life.
