Quiet and secluded even when it filled up for the weekend. Grass needed mowing would be the only complaint.

Salt Lick Creek campground offers a peaceful and beautiful setting with spacious, well-maintained sites and friendly staff, making it a favorite for many campers. The clean facilities, abundant wildlife, and serene waterfront views enhance the overall experience, perfect for those looking to disconnect. While some reviewers noted issues with shower house cleanliness and limited cell service, the positive aspects, including safety and tranquility, consistently shine through.

Beautiful location with great access to beach/playground and ball fields. Sunrise and sunset on the water. Love walking and riding bikes around the grounds with the family. Cell service is terrible (both a blessing and a curse), but you can access free WiFi at the entrance if you really need to view the weather, check email or get out a message.

the grass was overgrown so bad you couldnt get to the water by the camp site. also there was a group of people with about 10 tents set up and played music late in the night. also had bright lights that blinded us at our site. they were all over everyones camp sites hooking phones chargers and stuff to everyones power. just usually a quiet place to relax and enjoy. guess i will be looking for an alternate camping area
