Only problem I have is not much cell service. And people reserve a site, then when we get there no one is on it and not on it the whole time we're there.

Overall, the experience was good. It was beautiful and peaceful, just what we were looking for. Only problem was one of the shower houses was not available for use. This went on for at least a week. The campground was pretty packed on the weekend. Unknown what the problem was.

This is the 1st time we have stayed at this campground. It was very nice. We did have issues with the water because it leaked at the source and we ended up having to connect with our neighbor to be able to have water at our sight so we wouldn't have a muddy mess at our sight. Our neighbor was my brother-in-law and sister, so I don't know what we would have done if they hadn't been camping with us. We received and email prior to our stay saying the camp ground was closed and I called but no one would answer. I didn't know if just one of the 4 sights I had rented we closed or the entire camp ground. I called recreation.gov and they could not tell me what was going on either. I didn't want to drive 2 hours just to find out I didn't have a spot!! I called multiple times over several days and NO ONE EVERY answered the phone at the # provided for the camp ground. That was very frustrating and poor customer service. I finally got an email the day before we were supposed to leave to say the campground would be open and to disregard any previous message.
