Salt Lick Creek campground offers a peaceful and beautiful setting with spacious, well-maintained sites and friendly staff, making it a favorite for many campers. The clean facilities, abundant wildlife, and serene waterfront views enhance the overall experience, perfect for those looking to disconnect. While some reviewers noted issues with shower house cleanliness and limited cell service, the positive aspects, including safety and tranquility, consistently shine through.

This is a lovely campground. There are lots of lakeside sites. It could use more dumping stations since it has so many sites an only 1. I know a few of the sites have sewer hook-ups, but those are limited. For 150 campsites, only 1 station isn't very many. If there are too many people in line, you can't even exit the campground based on the 1 way directions. You have to plan your exit accordingly.

Ended up at this campground after having an accident on the road and not being able to make it to our next stop. Beautiful park and we had a great view of the full moon coming up over the water. Just got to stay one night but it was the perfect ending to a rough day.

The grounds are beautiful. But the lack of cellular
Service really puts me off for a subsequent.

The park was great. I arrived early due to the time change and even though my campsite was available, no one was there. I was told to leave and go back to town and come back an hour and a half later this to me was crazy 4 1/2 to 5 dollars a gallon for fuel and my campsite was empty

Check the map closely, some sites are tight and difficult to back into. Overall, beautiful and well maintained.

The host were friendly and very helpful. The bathrooms weren’t the cleanest. Usually there is a small hose pipe at the dumping station for spaying the inside the septic hose out but they didn’t have one. We stayed at site 12 and it was very shaded. We would stay there again.
