Salt Lick Creek campground offers a peaceful and beautiful setting with spacious, well-maintained sites and friendly staff, making it a favorite for many campers. The clean facilities, abundant wildlife, and serene waterfront views enhance the overall experience, perfect for those looking to disconnect. While some reviewers noted issues with shower house cleanliness and limited cell service, the positive aspects, including safety and tranquility, consistently shine through.

Clean. Lots of kids riding electric scooters either abandon. No over-the-air tv, and no cell coverage to 95% of the park.

Everything was great! Beautiful view, clean site. WiFi not available at site but was able to pick up close by. Walk across the street for kayaking and fishing. Enjoyed our time there. We were at site 17.

This is a lovely campground. There are lots of lakeside sites. It could use more dumping stations since it has so many sites an only 1. I know a few of the sites have sewer hook-ups, but those are limited. For 150 campsites, only 1 station isn't very many. If there are too many people in line, you can't even exit the campground based on the 1 way directions. You have to plan your exit accordingly.

Ended up at this campground after having an accident on the road and not being able to make it to our next stop. Beautiful park and we had a great view of the full moon coming up over the water. Just got to stay one night but it was the perfect ending to a rough day.
