Really nice campground. Stayed here on numerous occasions and will continue to. The hosts are friendly and very approachable. Cellular is still a bit of a problem but that's not fault of the Corp of Engineers..... however Salt Lick has extended their WiFi coverage which worked great at campsite 149 (Woods). Site 149 is reasonable level, front to back and left to right and also had a brand new grill installed.

We had a great time on weekend get away. New water lines at the campsite. Camp host were very nice and helpful. Salt lick is a great past for people who can live without cell service. There is a couple spots that have wifi.

Salt Lick is the only campground we stay at. Lizzy Chambers does an excellent job. She has helped us as well as friends change campsite if our camper and truck does not fit. If we need something if breaker box not working correctly, etc etc. Some things that need to be looked at are picnic table repair or replacement. Can't sit on them without getting splinters or damaged clothing. With all the electrical box replacement, water line replacement and culvert replacement it has become extremely muddy around sites. Roots from the trees are bad too. Gravel would help a bunch.

The accessibility of site with our 32’ camper made backing into the site from the road very difficult. Also upon departure the angle of the driveway to the road caused minor damage to my camper

- Standard cancellations usually have a $10 cancellation fee. Customers can generally cancel before the check-in date online.
- Late cancellation rules differ by stay type.

- Cabins, lookouts, and yurts: cancelling less than 14 days before arrival usually means a $10 cancellation fee plus forfeiting the first night's fee.
- One-night reservations: a late cancellation usually forfeits the full amount paid, up to the total original reservation cost.
- Modifications are allowed before the cut-off window, but fees depend on the change. Changing to dates completely outside the original reservation dates may trigger a $10 change fee.
